The front door and bathroom door locks need urgent attention!!! The furniture propping the door shouldn’t be necessary for safety. Cleanliness could use a boost, definitely not ideal for the hygiene-conscious!!!

Cozy King Room, friendly staff, provided a clean atmosphere that made for a restful stay during my two nights while conveniently located just a few minutes from my workplace and equipped with free Wi-Fi for easy connectivity.

This was just a great match for a city holiday in Dayton with extraordinarily good value for money. The check-in guy was pretty chill, which made things smoother after a long drive. Make sure to bring earplugs for a quieter night when the trains roll by.

Comfortable King Room with a clean design and a cozy bed. The convenient location near fast food outlets like Burger King and Wendy's made it easy to grab a meal. While the amenities included a mini fridge and Dish network TV, the noise from nearby trains could be heard at night, which disrupted sleep. Additionally, the breakfast pastries were disappointing and lacked variety.

The King Room was cozy and I slept like a baby through a thunderstorm outside, thanks to how quiet it was! I loved unwinding at the patio with a cup of coffee and enjoyed the mini fridge for some late-night snacks. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit of an update but it didn't ruin my stay! ☕️
